Coaching
We’re here to walk with you.
Parenting and ministry leadership can feel overwhelming—especially when it comes to nurturing faith in the next generation. That’s where we come in.
Our mission is simple: to equip and encourage parents, grandparents, ministry leaders, and faith influencers as they disciple the next generation.
Whether you’re just beginning or looking for a fresh perspective, our trained coaches are ready to meet you where you are and help you grow.
What Makes Our Coaching Different?
Nurturing Faith Collective Coaches are more than mentors—they're ministry practitioners and parents, trained through Bethel Seminary’s Master of Arts in Children, Youth and Family Ministry. Every coach understands the real-life joys and challenges of faith formation at home and in church. We don’t bring formulas—we bring faith, wisdom, and a heart for the next generation.
Grounded in God’s Word
Psalm 78:4 declares, “We will not hide them from their descendants; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done.”
We believe that everyday moments—mealtime, bedtime, car rides, and questions—can become sacred spaces where faith is formed. We’re here to help parents, grandparents, and faith influencers recognize them, nurture them, and multiply them.
Ministry leaders will find space to reflect on their own faith journey while strengthening their ability to support families in spiritual formation. We help leaders recognize opportunities to equip parents, build intergenerational connections, and cultivate a culture of discipleship in their church community.

Tina Wallace
Tina lives in the St. Paul area with her husband, Bill, and their Sheepadoodle, Sam. She feels blessed that all three of her grown children and their families (including 10 grandbabies!) live within 30 miles, allowing her to spend time with them as often as possible. She earned her Master’s in Children and Family Ministry from Bethel Seminary in 2009, a Coaching Certificate in 2025, and has served in children, youth, marriage, and family ministries over the past 20+ years.
Currently, Tina teaches part-time at a Christian school, leads Bible classes for public school students through LifeWise Academy, provides premarital counseling for couples, partners with a church in Honduras, and leads an annual family retreat. She became a Christian as an adult after her children were born, which ignited her passion for equipping young parents to lead their children spiritually.
